PAYMENT

All wholesale orders are payable via BACS or PayPal invoice. Cheques are not accepted. Payment is expected upon receipt and items will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

The minimum wholesale order equates to £150 worth of goods excluding shipping. There are no minimum limits on colours and separate product quantities.SHIPPING

In every case, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. Standard lead times are usually between 2-4 weeks. However, due to the handmade nature of these projects, lead times can be as last as 12 weeks. If you place an order, you will be notified of the estimated lead time on receipt of your invoice. In the case that your project is time sensitive please get in touch. It is important to keep in mind that handmade products are not like regular commercial products and require more precision, skill and therefore more time to create. 

Your items will be sent using a tracked and fully compensated courier service, either Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce depending on size, weight and recipient country. After you place your order, you should automatically receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number in order to track live updates.

A flat rate shipping system will be used: £15 for U.K. orders, £30 for orders from the EU, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands, and £45 for orders to the rest of the world. If you would prefer to pay specifically by the weight and value of your parcel please contact jacob@high-meadows.com. Keep in mind that paying this way could incur higher charges.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please note that international orders may be subject to local charges such as sales tax and customs duty. This depends on your regional and local customs duty. It is advised to verify this information before placing an order as these charges are at the customer's own expense.

 RETURNS

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to change your mind and return any unwanted goods within 7 days (although we allow 14 days) for a full refund to the value of the goods but we cannot reimburse you for the postage costs for non-damaged or non-faulty items. You will need to return the goods in the original packaging including a note with the order/invoice number. You must also retain proof of posting until the matter is settled in full as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
